GC-Build предложили модульный вариант, компактный, с качественными материалами, но при этом недорогой. Детали конструкции, панели и каркас — всё сделано на их заводе, довезли в Шымкент, смонтировали за пару недель. Внутри сделали ровный пол, хорошую вентиляцию, освещение, предусмотрели складские зоны и площадку для ожидания клиентов. Важным было, чтобы мастерская была тёплой зимой, и у GC-Build это получилось: утепление, герметичность, качественные двери и окна. После запуска работ клиентов стало достаточно, экономия на обогреве и электроэнергии заметна. Приятно, что проект был именно таким, каким я себе представлял — не перегрузок, не лишних затрат, все по делу.
