eat eggs, protein powder (1tsp about 10-15min before bed) eat lots of fruit and greens. allow 2-3hrs between carbs. fibre is important, plenty of greens. and make sure you are well hydrated. try to eat as much protein as you can as it helps in controlling hunger. walk 30mins every day. make sure you are getting enough protein. break it down into smaller meals, and have a lot of fruit. avoid fried food and don’t eat bread, because it will help you retain water. oh and carbs are ok, and don’t eat too much of it. and yeah, you are going to lose weight. good luck
Anything you eat is fine as long as you are hydrated. Just make sure you don’t overeat, eat small portions. eat a healthy diet, lots of vegetables, fruit, eat lots of protein and some healthy carbs. use protein powder and don’t do the carbs too high in sugar. I lost 10-15lbs in a month but I also ate a lot of protein. I am not a fan of greek yogurt, cottage cheese. I eat whole grain breads, oats and brown rice. I eat grilled chicken, lot of veggies and fruits. I don’t drink soda or pop at all. I drink plenty of water. I do yoga every day. I take digestive enzymes and am very careful with what I eat. I am sick of people saying “can’t lose weight” your genes can’t stay the same. I am 5’8 and weigh 150. I have a bum baby and am going to find out in a few days if I have a c section or not. I am determined to lose this weight
One of the best foods to eat to lose the baby weight is eggs. They are packed with protein, vitamins, and minerals. So, just make sure you’re getting your iron and calcium from some other sources. Good luck!
Your diet after pregnancy should be less sugar and carbohydrates, as your body is changing to make more breast milk, and you should be eating a diet rich in proteins and good fats. You should also consume plenty of fiber to help with constipation.
Hi, I'm new here too! We are a blended family of 3 and the gap between males and females is about 3 years. The baby is 3 years and we have been searching for a good site like this but the only one I know of is for children and a child's weight doesn't count. 827ec27edc
